Description: The theme of the Congress is “The New Reality in Medicine – Caring for Patients with Multiple Co-Morbidites”. With the aging population and advances in medical technology, there are more medically complex patients who will relentlessly challenge our abilities to deliver holistic care. When these patients seek expertise in the medical professionals’ area of specialisation, they often come with various other co-morbidities. It remains a challenge to know which patients require input from other specialists, how urgently those inputs should be obtained and what steps should be taken while awaiting review. This congress will provide an excellent opportunity to relearn our clinical medicine from our colleagues.
