Christmas and New Year Celebrations by the Singapore River @ Riverview Hotel

28 November 2012, Singapore – Riverview Hotel’s award-winning Chef Lewis Tay and his team have prepared a sumptuous festive feast for guests and diners at the hotel’s River Garden Coffee House and River Palace Chinese Restaurant for a gastronomic Christmas and New Year 2013 celebrations.
Some of the festive favourites diners can indulge in include Roasted Whole Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce & Light Thyme Jus; Traditional Baked Gammon Ham with Pineapple Graze; Rosemary Sirloin Steak, Grilled Baby Lobster with Garlic Butter and Fresh Individually Baked Christmas Pudding with Brandy Anglaise; Lobster Broth with Shark’s Fin Dumpling, Lychee with Turkey Cubes; Golden Fried Turkey with Sesame & Mustard; Ham Rolls with Golden Mushroom & Seafood Paste and Stir-fried Ham with Assorted Bell Pepper & Honey Sauce.
