You can access the Internet wirelessly in all our rooms while cable connection is also available in rooms on levels 19 to 21. A user ID and password to log-in are given to you on check-in if you require this service. Internet access is complimentary if you book our Executive Club Room, Junior Suite or Executive Suite.

Wheel Chairs

There is a ramp at the main entrance for wheel chair access to the hotel lobby. Our outlets are also spacious for wheel chairs and it is easy to go to the Singapore River and Robertson Quay through our River Terrace and Jade Terrace.

If you have a late check-out for a night flight or an early morning plane to catch, you can opt for our hotel’s same-day hotel laundry services to have your clothing washed and delivered by end of the day.

Doctors on call 24 hours are available for any medical care or attention through our Front Desk.  The nearest clinic is just a 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel at Great World City Shopping Mall while Singapore General Hospital is only around 8 minutes away by car.

If you have a tight schedule and do not have enough time to shop in the famed Orchard Road or other shopping areas in Singapore, you can still buy souvenirs from the gift shop located at the hotel lobby for your loved ones. Daily necessities can also be purchased from this shop.

Car Park

The hotel has two basement levels of parking at prevailing parking fees.  If you need a car during your stay, you can rent one from an Avis office which is just less than 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Handicap-Friendly Room

Our handicap-friendly room has a bathroom with a door that is specially configured to open outwards and is spacious for ease of wheel chair access. The wash basin and toilet bowl have grab bars next to them and the bathroom also has a commode – a special seat for shower. There is another grab bar next to the bed.
