Shift Leader

To assist the Maintenance Officer or Assistant Maintenance Officer in the operation, maintenance and repair of the building, systems and its equipment.

Working hours: 7 am – 3 pm / 3 pm – 11 pm / 11 pm – 7 am (Rotating Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation and provides emergency supports to all building services
• Carries out daily checks and logging of building M&E plant and equipment
• Attend and ensure all work requests or complaints are attended to promptly

Qualifications:

• Relevant working experience in building and M&E
• Minimum secondary education level
