Job Description

Ensures that all soiled dishes, cutlery and utensils are swiftly cleaned and ensures the sufficient flow of operating equipment for the F&B outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Stores all washed items into cabinets and cupboards or hold in racks for easy pick up by service staff to use
  • Clean and maintain all operating and kitchen equipment as directed
  • Clean all kitchen floors and walls
  • To man the clearing points during function operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Primary education level
  • Able to converse in either English or Mandarin
