Job Description

Ensures that all soiled dishes, cutleries and utensils are swiftly cleaned and ensures the sufficient flow of operating equipment for the F&B outlets.

Working hours:
7 am – 3 pm / 3 pm – 11 pm / 11 pm – 7 am
10.30 am – 2.30 pm / 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm (Split Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Cleans all kitchen floors and walls
  • Washes dishes, flatware and glasses as soon as possible after use to prevent food particles sticking on them upon drying
  • Carries out soaking of badly stained crockery with appropriate detergent as and when required and handles all crockery and glassware with care during cleaning process
  • Sets and clears all chafing dishes for all functions as well as outlets

  • General working experience
