Job Description

Handles guests’ inquiries and provides correct information to the guests.

Working hours: 7 am – 3 pm / 3 pm – 11 pm / 11 pm – 7 am


  • Provides courteous service to the guests and responds promptly and tactfully to guests’ requests and enquiries during check-in
  • Takes immediate action against feedback and ensures guests are satisfied with services
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the front office ensuring that all records and information are correctly maintained


  • Relevant working experience in the front desk
  • Minimum secondary education level
