Job Description

To oversees the service of all food & beverage in outlet with the assistance and direction of the Managers and to provide constant feedback to the Manager regarding outlet’s operations to ensure continual improvement.

Working hours: 7 am – 3 pm / 3 pm – 11 pm / 11 pm – 7 am
Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with wine lists and in wine and beverage service, including glassware used and appropriate garnishes, as well as beer and mineral water
  • Ascertains guest satisfaction and handles any problems which may arise

Qualifications:

  • Relevant working experience in a restaurant
  • Minimum secondary education level
