Job Description

To oversee the service of all food & beverage in outlet with the assistance and direction of the Managers and to provide constant feedback to the Manager regarding outlet’s operations to ensure continual improvement.


  • Familiar with wine lists and in wine and beverage service, including glassware used and appropriate garnishes, as well as beer and mineral water
  • Ascertains guest satisfaction and handles any problems which may arise


  • Relevant working experience in a restaurant
  • Minimum Secondary education level
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts
