Job Description

To serve food and beverages in the lounge.

Working hours: 10 am – 6 pm / 5 pm – 1 am


  • Cleanliness of the lounge and has to assist in the presentation of the lounge as a whole
  • Familiar with wine lists and beverages services including glassware used and appropriate garnishes as well as beer and mineral water
  • Ensures that empty glasses are removed and dirty ashtrays are changed regularly
  • Reports immediately to the Restaurant Manager of all incidents happening with the lounge


  • Relevant working experience in a lounge or Pub
  • Knowledge in wine preparation and presentation
  • Minimum secondary education level
